The Country Collection is based around tried and tested house structures. These can be adapted in any way, internally or externally. For example, we can increase bedroom accommodation, add a conservatory or perhaps include an integral garage.

Upstairs Later ... the further option at the design stage to take into account a future stairwell position and to build in attic roof trusses suitable for expanding your living accommodation throughout the loft space at a later date. This option provides our clients with the most cost effective and versatile way of developing their homes to cater for growing family needs. We call it our 'Upstairs Later' option. Our designers will be delighted to work closely with you to turn any dream or vision into reality.

Downroom ... it is also possible to downroom from say a 3-bedroom to 2 should you prefer more space per room. This is available in all of our house styles. In addition, each house style has the option of a gable end roof or a hip end roof. A hipped roof totally alters the look of your home in yet another direction and helps to add character and personality to your home.

Individual Design Choices ... finally, your taste in colour, textures, fittings and layout will be incorporated into the design so that your home will remain individually yours. Other house styles are also available on request.
