The property inspection trip is usually for one week.

We will give you one weeks free accommodation in one of our villas, so that you can become familiar with the area in which you are going to purchase a property.

We will collect you from the airport and take you to your villa, we advise that you hire a car for the week, and we can arrange this for you. ( We drive on the same side of the road as Britain)

The costs for flights range obviously on the time of the year, and depending on where you are flying from.

We normally require two days out of your week to give you the "tour" and to take you to the bank to organise opening a bank account & a mortgage (if required).

I would say that 98% of visitors that have came over on inspection trips do purchase property from us.
